A: Products can be returned within 14days of purchase if the item is in the original packaging and the product is in its original state. Note: The customer will be required to pay the costs of the return (See return address in contact form) Once the goods have been returned and checked, our team will commence with the refunds thereafter, typical timings to process refunds:  (24/48hrs) on receipt of the goods.
A: For our smaller products (E.g. Fishing Floats and other products) we use 2nd Class Royal Mail (Signed For) You will receive a Tracking No. via email once the order has been processed.
