A: For our smaller products (E.g. Fishing Floats and other products) we use 2nd Class Royal Mail (Signed For) You will receive a Tracking No. via email once the order has been processed. A: For our Larger products (E.g. Paddle Boards and other products) we use Parcel Force 24 (Signed For) for next day shipping before for order placed before 1pm, you shall receive a Tracking No. via email once the order has been processed. A: You can usually cancel your order immediately after it's placed, before the order is too far along in the process. Keep in mind, process times vary, alternatively contact:
A: We will send you the tracking code of the shipment when the parcel has been sent.
A: Products can be returned within 14days of purchase if the item is in the original packaging and the product is in its original state. Note: The customer will be required to pay the costs of the return (See return address in contact form) Once the goods have been returned and checked, our team will commence with the refunds thereafter, typical timings to process refunds:  (24/48hrs) on receipt of the goods.
A: The most common factors leading to delayed delivery are the following: Misspelt, incomplete or outdated address – when the couriers or Royal mail postman fails to deliver the package to an address which is difficult to find, a new delivery attempt will not be made unless the customer provides all the necessary details. Alternatively the postman may have attempted to deliver and usually they would leave a card, however in some instances a card wouldn't be left, if the goods haven't arrived in good time please contact us:
