Returns

Why is my order delayed?

admin2022-01-23T14:09:26+00:00A: The most common factors leading to delayed delivery are the following: Misspelt, incomplete or outdated address – when the couriers or Royal mail postman fails to deliver the package to an address which is difficult to find, a new delivery attempt will not be made unless the customer provides all the necessary details.
